At Anshika Digital Media, we strive to maintain discipline, consistency, and quality in education. To ensure smooth functioning and mutual understanding, all students are required to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. Attendance and Leave Policy

  • Students are expected to attend their classes regularly.
  • If a student wishes to take leave, they must inform the institute administration in advance and get approval.
  • Uninformed absence will result in a penalty of ₹50 per day, which must be paid along with the next month’s fee.
  • If a student remains absent for an entire month without any information, they will still be required to pay the monthly fee as per the schedule.
  • If a student is absent for one or more months without informing the institute and without paying fees, their admission will be automatically cancelled and their name will be removed from the student list.
  • If a student discontinues classes for two or more months and later wishes to rejoin, they may only continue if all previous monthly fees are cleared and the management approves the re-admission.

2. Fee Submission Policy

  • Students must pay their course fees on or before the due date mentioned at the time of admission.
  • Late fee payments will attract a penalty of ₹50 per day. The institute will not be responsible for any NACH or ECS bounce charges; such charges must be borne by the student. Students on a monthly installment plan must ensure timely payments, even if they take a break or miss classes.
  • Failure to pay the monthly installment on time may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.

3. Course Continuity Policy

  • If a student attends classes for a few months and then discontinues without prior notice or fee submission, they cannot resume their course after a long gap without management approval.
  • Course continuation will only be allowed if the student has maintained regular fee payments during their absence.

4. Job Placement Policy

  • Anshika Digital Media provides 100% job placement assistance to dedicated and sincere students.
  • To be eligible for job placement assistance, students must:
    • Attend classes regularly.
    • Complete all course assignments and projects on time.
    • Develop a strong and professional portfolio during the training.
  • The institute will assist in fixing interviews and recommending students to hiring companies.
  • Job placement is based on the student’s performance, skills, and attitude during the training period.
  • While we make every effort to help students secure employment, the final hiring decision rests with the employer, and the institute cannot be held responsible if a student fails to get placed.
  • Students who attend classes sincerely and complete their training properly consistently achieve successful job placements through our network.

5. General Conduct

  • 1. Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect trainers, and follow institute rules.
  • 2. Misconduct, disturbance in class, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or termination of admission without refund.
